Payments

​Acceptable payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, credit card payments processed through PayPal or Square Inc, and money order. Cash transactions accepted in person only. No personal checks. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. Items paid for via PayPal will only be sent to the verified PayPal address for both the buyer's and seller's protection from fraud. All sales on live animals are FINAL.

 

Payment Plans & Holds

​Seller will consider holds and payment plans on a case by case basis for high end animals or large orders. Individual animals will not be held without a non-refundable deposit of $50. Payment plans require a 20% non-refundable down payment of the total purchase price. For more information on payment plans and holds, please email us.

 

Shipping

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon at the time of purchase. All live animals will be shipped via FedEx, except isopods and feeder insects. Live arrival guarantee provided for overnight shipping service or held at FedEx facility, only. Packages held at FedEx must be picked up the same day they arrive to be eligible for LAG. Please provide proof of DOA (Dead on arrival) animals within 2 hours of delivery. Delivered packages left outdoors for an extended period of time are not eligible for LAG. All live animals will be shipped on Mondays, weather permitting. Animals will not be shipped during inclement weather conditions or where temperatures are below 32 degrees F or above 90 degrees F. Show sales

All show sales are FINAL. Seller is not responsible for animals that are accidentally dropped, left in vehicles during unsuitable weather, or other accidental death caused by buyer negligence. Animals that are paid for may be held at the seller's table for pick up when the buyer is ready to leave the show.

 

Gender Determination

Unless expressly noted in an animal's description as male or female, the seller does not guarantee the gender of an animal. If buyer requests, the seller may offer a best guess on unsexed animals but without guarantee.

 

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received their items. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. The buyer is responsible for knowing and abiding by all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the ownership of any animals received from the seller. Buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless from any responsibility or liability resulting from the receipt or possession of any animals purchased.

 

 

Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions including live arrival guarantee and shipping policies by purchasing from the seller.
